Learning Affiliate Marketing For Online Newbies

Affiliate Marketing

When it comes to making money online. Affiliate marketing is one of the best ways to do it. For those of you who don’t know what Affiliate marketing is on the Internet, let me explain.

Affiliate marketing on the Internet is when you sell other people’s products for a percentage of the commissions. This is great for people who don’t have their own products to sell online. You can simple just sell other people’s products and earn money.

Finding Vendors To Sell Products As An Affiliate

There are tons of affiliate products you can sell for just about any niche you’re in. You can find different vendors all over the Internet. One of the best places you can go that I highly recommend is Clickbank.com.

Just Google it. Clickbank has tons of affiliate digital products you can sell with very high commissions. Commission junction is another one, but I prefer and have used Clickbank in the past.

Clickbank to me is one of the best because, you have tons of products in every niche, they pay bi-weekly, they offer good support, they have very good products with high commission, and I’ve had more success with Clickbank in the past then any other website vendor selling digital products.

Another reason why Affiliate marketing online is so powerful is because, you can sell digital products. This means the products only exist on the computer. People can view or download  these type of products from the Internet. So you don’t have to worry about mailing items to people.

Once they make the purchase they can simple get access to it from their computers online. An example of this would be eBooks or videos. You can really cash in selling digital products online very quickly if you know what you’re doing.

Ways To Market Online

The only thing you need to know is what ways you can sell these products. One of the best ways would be selling it straight from a website you own that’s getting lots of visitors. If you have a website or blog that’s getting visitors. Just simple find some affiliate products that’s within your niche and sell them to customers.

You can write about them and promote them on your site.  Now that social media has gotten bigger than ever. You can also promote affiliate products on social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter,…etc. Just make sure you’re not spamming people or you might get banned from these sites.

Since we’re talking about marketing. I thought I might mention that any type of marketing is the only way to take a dollar and turn it into two. What I mean by this is you can do some paid advertising online to get potential customers to your affiliate products.

You can do this with Facebook pay per click, pay per view, solo ads, or other online paid advertising methods. Look at it this way. If you could spend $20 dollars and make back $100 on your investment.  Then you would be making a good profit from your paid advertising.

Just make sure if you do this method that you ease into it by watching the amount you spend on advertising. This takes a little time to master for newbies, but when mastered it can become very profitable.

The Best Solo Ad Strategies You Can Use

Internet Marketing Strategies

When it comes to doing any type of payed advertising. I highly recommend doing Solo Ads, because it’s one of the fastest ways to get traffic to your business on auto-pilot. For those that don’t know what Solo Ads are, I’m going to quickly explain this as well as giving you some unique strategies you can do.

What Are Solo Ads?

Solo ads are when you write a simple email ad copy with links that go back to a lead capture page, and you pay someone to mail it out to their email list of subscribers. Once people opt-in to your capture page. It will then redirect them to your offer or business. Giving you the person’s email address and any other information so you can follow up with the individual.

You will be paying for clicks not leads, so your ad copy needs to be intriguing enough so that you get more people opting into your lead capture page. For any beginners, I recommend trying Safe Swaps so you get a good idea of how this is done. Always start off small before scaling up and paying more to get more clicks.

Finding Advertisers To Do Solo Ads With

Once you get some real experience. One of the best ways to do Solo Ad advertising is to go to actual website owners within your niche. For example, If you’re selling a product about cooking recipes. Simple do a quick Google search on the Keyword term.

Then look at the top sites on the first page of Google. Go to each site one by one and analyze the amount of traffic the site gets. You can this by typing the website address in Alexa rank to find out how much traffic it gets.

Check to see if the owners of the websites your on, are collecting email addresses. This means they have an email list of subscribers. Then look for a way to contact that person or look for some type of advertising link to get details of what the website owner allows for advertising. This link is usually located at the bottom of the site.

If the website is getting a lot of traffic and is collecting email addresses. This means the owner has a big list that they might let you rent. Simple contact that owner to find out if they have a list they’ll let you pay to advertise to. Once you find a website owner that’s willing to do this. You’ll be able to work out a deal with them and pay them to mail out your email ad copy to their list of subscribers.

Make sure when doing business with them you ask these type of questions.

1. How big is your email list?

2. Is your list of subscribers related to the Offer I have?

3. Are these buyer leads and have they bought anything in this type of niche before?

4. If I buy at a big price can we work out some type of discount?

You don’t have to ask the questions exactly the way I wrote it. You can say it in your own way, as long as you ask those type of questions when doing business. I just wanted to give you a good idea of what to be asking and looking for. Hope this information is helpful to you.

Making Money Using Paid Advertising Strategies Online

Paid Online Advertising

One of the fastest ways I know to start profiting from the web and seeing quick results is doing Paid advertising online methods. Don’t get me wrong having your own website that’s getting a consistent amount visitors to it. Is definitely the long term method for making money from the Internet.

The only problem with that, is it can take time to build up a following of visitors coming to your website or blog everyday. I honestly recommend anybody looking for quicker results to learn some paid online strategies for their business.

In the mean time continue to blog or update your website everyday, so that you start to create a following of visitors coming to your site.

This will give you leverage in your business in the long run because you’ll be getting free traffic to your site on autopilot once you build up that following. For faster results though, I’m going to give you some paid strategies I’ve used. So that you can use these methods to get eyeballs to your business or offer FAST!

I’m also going tell you what not to do so you don’t make the same mistakes I’ve made in the past doing some paid advertising on the Internet.

First things FIRST!! I recommend before doing paid marketing online to always track everything and stay in your budget. Only do what you can afford. You don’t want to ever spend your last dime doing paid advertising. I want you also to understanding this is a gamble. Everything is not always going to work out the way you want it too.

You must treat this like an experiment. You will lose money in some situations. The key is to find a good paid campaign that’s working for you and build upon it. In order to succeed with these methods. You must TEST, TRACK, & TWEAK!!

Make sure you use a capture page to collect emails for every lead you get. The reason this is so important is because most people don’t buy the first time they see an offer. They usually need to see it more than once before they decide to buy. You can use a email Autoresponder like Aweber…etc to follow up with your email subscribers.

If you do this right. You could easily start bringing a ton of potential customers to your offer or business while also building a huge list that you will always be able to market too, rather you have a website or not.

1. Solo Ads

This is my number one recommendation. Solo Ads are when you pay to use somebody else’s list of email subscribers to get clicks that turn into leads when that opt-in to your squeeze page/capture page. You simple write a short email ad copy with a couple of links to your offer and then pay that person to mail out your ad to their list of subscribers.

You’ll be paying for clicks not leads so make sure your ad is intriguing enough to make more people opt-in with their emails, so you can follow up with them.

If you’re a beginner I recommend Safe-swaps to start off with. Just to get a good idea of how to do it. Start off small before scaling up. Once you get some experience I recommend contacting actual website owners that get a lot of traffic in your niche. See if they have a email list they’ll let you pay to advertise too.

2. Facebook Pay Per Click

This is another method you can use to pay for traffic. Just logged in and go to the right side where you’ll see a arrow pointing down. Click that arrow, then scroll down to the link that says advertise. Click that link in order to create your first pay per click campaign on Facebook.

Make sure you track everything. You can either pay per click or impressions. The difference is impressions means you’ll be paying for every thousand views you get to your ad. Pay per click means you’ll be paying anytime someone clicks on your ad. Test both and do what is best for you.

3. Bing Pay Per Click

This is a search engine like Google that will also allow you to do pay per click advertising. Unlike Facebook, it can deliver more targeted traffic to your offer simple by using the keywords that people are searching for that’s related to your business or product.

You can find these keywords by using the keyword research tool that Bing.com offers to it’s advertisers. Write an ad with it linking back to your offer and then get it posted up on related keywords that best fits your business or offer.

4. Google Adwords

I have use this method before, but I don’t really recommend it. Not trying to bash Google or anything. It’s just that Google has a really strict policy that really doesn’t allow people to advertise Affiliate offers or sell certain products off sites.

This makes it very hard for an individual to advertise their offer. If you want to you can try this method. It’s pretty much the same as Bing and Facebook Pay Per Click. Just go to Google and search “Adwords” it will pop right up.
